Considerable knowledge of case management functions. b. Considerable knowledge of community organization skills. c. Must possess a high degree of initiative. d. Strong desire to help others, patience understanding, strong sense of responsibility. e. Able to manage time effectively. f. Must have thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware. Must have ability to handle queries and hardware integration. CREDENTIALS AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS, (IF APPLICABLE) Associate Degree in Social Services Field/Case Management with relevant work experience, Certified or eligible for certification by the Ohio Credentialing Board, LSW with scope of practice in Chemical Dependency preferred, must be experienced in the operation and understanding of computers.
